Rotational Intern Program
Description
Launch your career through our two-year Rotational Intern Program, running from January 2027 through December 2028.
Through this program, you will develop your knowledge and understanding in business, client services, sales, marketing, and operations through four rotations across various teams at Portfolio HiWay, PBY Capital, Canso Innovations and Portfolio XpressWay.
This program will provide you with unparalleled learning opportunities, give you unique challenges and a range of experience helping you to become a versatile and strategic professional.
Who We Are:
Portfolio HiWay is a Canadian wealth management firm started to service Family Offices and High-Net-Worth investors and their advisors. As a new CIRO firm, our team creates investment products specifically targeted for high-net-worth investors with a strong focus on capital preservation and tax efficiency.
PBY Capital specializes in connecting family offices, institutional investors, and other sophisticated clients with high-quality investment opportunities. PBY provides access to a select group of investment strategies and delivers ongoing service, support, and investment insight to our clients and their team of investment professionals.
Canso Innovations is the innovation and venture arm of Canso Investment Counsel. We identify and invest in early-stage companies that are redefining their industries. In parallel, we also create and build new ventures, leveraging our deep expertise in select markets to bring bold ideas to life. Portfolio XpressWay is a Toronto-based FinTech company on a mission to lead the next generation of fully digital investment management solutions. Our platform provides investment professionals with a holistic view of their clients' wealth, bringing together complex financial data from multiple sources into a single experience.
What you would do:
Your role will be varied and will include both project-related and day-to-day responsibilities. The below summarizes at a high-level what activities you may perform at each company.
@Portfolio HiWay
- Supporting the developing and delivery of capital market products.
- Servicing Portfolio HiWay clients.
- Support the development of a client portal.
@PBY Capital:
- Support client onboarding and account administration activities.
- Assist with operational processes, reporting, and service provider coordination.
- Contribute to marketing, business development, and strategic projects.
@Canso Innovations
- Research investment opportunities and market trends.
- Support portfolio companies with growth, marketing, and strategy initiatives.
- Develop content, foster community engagement, and explore innovative technologies.
@Portfolio XpressWay:
- Partner with team members across the business to support client relationship management and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Research and monitor industry, competitive, and technology trends to help shape strategic discussions and priorities.
- Develop insights and recommendations through market analysis, data gathering, and independent research projects.
- Contribute to special projects that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
